Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, items are non-returnable. However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may reach out to you to verify the damage or defect before processing your refund or replacement.

  • Product name
  • Order ID
  • Invoice number
  • A detailed description of the claim

This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returning Products:

  • Products must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with the original invoice.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Brand packaging should remain intact.
  • Replacement of a product will depend on its availability on our website at the time of the request.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you via the email address provided during the order. After inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
  • If you paid via net banking, credit card, or debit card, we will initiate a refund request with our Payment Gateway Partners within five working days of approving your return. Once processed, the amount will be credited back to your account/card within 14 working days, or as per the timelines of the Payment Gateway or your bank.
